| Most of our coffees reach this peak at a Full City Roast, where the beans turn a rich, chestnut brown. We also offer a special selection of dark-roasted coffees. Longer roasting times develop more of a coffee's’s volatile oils, creating deeper, richer flavors. So why not dark roast every coffee? While many coffees benefit from an extended roast, some coffees have delicate flavor and aroma compounds that may actually be “roasted Away” The trick is to find the proper balance for each bean. |
